About Daniel’s Kitchen

Daniel’s Kitchen is a community-focused, pay-what-you-will restaurant serving wholesome, plant-based meals since 2018. Our mission is simple: to make nutritious, delicious food accessible to everyone—no matter their circumstances.

We are open Tuesday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., offering a welcoming place to gather, enjoy a healthy meal, and experience kindness around the table.

Our Team

Daniel’s Kitchen is managed by Ross Prevo, who leads the restaurant with heart and a vision for service. Our meals are crafted by Margie, our talented and dedicated head chef, with support from a team of faithful volunteers who keep everything running smoothly—from food prep to hospitality.

The menu changes regularly (you’ve probably seen our menus!), but everything is made with care, flavor, and a focus on whole, nourishing ingredients.
